If you no show or cancel less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment we will charged one third of the full price of your service. We are an appointment only based business and hope you value our stylist time and craft. If you have to repeatedly reschedule and it is affecting your stylist books our system will now track your reliability and you may be asked to pay for your upcoming appointment in advance. We appreciate your understanding and continued loyalty.
